The Democrats Are Totally Abusing Nonprofit Vehicles – Use Them in Efforts to Steal the 2020 Election

The Democrats are making a mockery of the non-profit industry.  They label their political entities as nonprofits so they can give their billionaire supporters tax deductions while they push liberal communist policies.

The Democrats’ favorite attorney Mark Elias’ favorite hammer is a nonprofit. Currently, he is working with Democrat nonprofit “Protect Democracy Project,” a 501(c)(3) charity, which is required by law, more so than other types of nonprofits, to remain strictly nonpartisan.

Article: Georgia House Approves New Restrictions As GOP War On Voting Rights Intensifies

Election 2020

The Georgia House of Representatives on Monday approved a sweeping election overhaul bill that would place new voter ID requirements on absentee ballots and limit weekend voting ― becoming the latest Republican-controlled state legislative chamber to place additional restrictions on voting in the wake of former President Donald Trump’s loss in November.

Georgia and Arizona, two states where President Joe Biden scored the first victory for a Democratic presidential candidate in three decades last year, have emerged as the epicenters of the GOP’s attempts to curtail voting rights in 2021. Arguing that expanded absentee and early voting programs sowed chaos and confusion during an unprecedented pandemic, Republicans in both states have proposed and begun passing restrictions and election reforms that would make it harder for many voters ― especially Black and Latino voters ― to cast ballots in the future.

Georgia’s congressional delegation signs letter demanding investigation into claims of voter fraud

ATLANTA, Ga. (WTOC) – Republican members and members-elect of the U.S House of Representatives from Georgia co-signed a letter Tuesday asking the secretary of state to find answers to claims of voter irregularities.

In a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, the Congressional delegation say, “we are deeply concerned by continued, serious allegations of voting irregularities in our state. The Georgia Republican Party and the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign have received reports of deceased or ineligible voters casting ballots, eligible voters being denied the opportunity to vote, and Republican poll watchers and observers being denied access to activities and meetings critical to ensuring a fair, accurate, and transparent vote tabulation.”

The Legal Fight Awaiting Us After the Election

The immediate aftermath of the Presidential election of 2000 has taken on the air of legend. On Election Night, news organizations first called Florida for Vice-President Al Gore—then, about two hours later, withdrew the call and, about four hours after that, declared that George W. Bush, the governor of Texas, had won the state, giving him enough electoral votes to become President. Gore called Bush to concede, and left his hotel in a motorcade to announce the end of his campaign to his supporters.

His aides, learning that the race in Florida was, in fact, too close to call, tried frantically to contact the Vice-President in his limousine. They reached him just in time, and he telephoned Bush to retract the concession. Bush indignantly told Gore that his “little brother”—the governor of Florida, Jeb Bush—had said that he had won. “Let me explain something,” Gore replied. “Your little brother is not the ultimate authority on this.”
