CONFIRMED: Judge Delays Depositions from Georgia Election Workers Ruby Freeman and Her Daughter Shae Moss

Earlier this month, Gateway Pundit reported that Shaye Moss was subpoenaed in Georgia for her activities in the 2020 election in Fulton County.

Shaye Moss was famous for kicking everyone out of the room where votes were counted in Fulton County and telling observers to go home.  Then Shaye and others including Ralph Jones and her mother Ruby Freeman dragged hidden boxes of ballots out from underneath tables and started running them through the machines.  Ruby Freeman was caught on tape running the same stack of suspect ballots through the machines multiple times:

Pennsylvania Governor Responds to GOP-Backed Election Integrity Bill

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s office signaled the Democrat governor won’t sign a GOP-backed bill that is being proposed by Republican state lawmakers, describing it as an attempt to take away voters’ rights.

Wolf vowed to veto the proposed measure and other “legislative efforts to roll back the freedoms Pennsylvanians right now have,” according to a statement his office released over the past weekend to several news outlets. Although Republicans hold significant majorities in Pennsylvania’s legislature, they don’t have veto-proof majorities—meaning their bill will likely fail when it reaches the governor’s desk.

“Make no mistake, this proposal is not about protecting voter rights or increasing access. It is an extremist proposal to try and undermine confidence in our election system,” Wolf press secretary Lyndsay Kensinger said in a statement on the measure over the past weekend.

Fulton County Audit: Plaintiff Claims 10,000 to 20,000 Fake Ballots

The lead petitioner in the Fulton County audit believes that thousands of false ballots were cast during the 2020 presidential election. Several election workers from the county are scheduled to be deposed in the coming days.

The lawsuit

The Fulton County lawsuit was filed in December 2020, alleging that there were voting irregularities in the 2020 race. The lead petitioner in the case is Garland Favorito, a certified poll watcher and founder of election integrity advocacy group, VOTER GA. The defendants are Fulton County officials.

On May 21, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero ruled to unseal an estimated 147,000 absentee ballots and scheduled a meeting between the parties involved in the case at the ballot storage location on May 28. However, on May 27, the judge postponed the proposed May 28 meeting when Fulton County officials filed several motions.

‘CLOWN SHOW’: Arizona Republicans Respond To Biden Attorney General’s Threat To ‘Scrutinize’ Maricopa Audit

Multiple Arizona Republicans are speaking out after Biden administration Attorney General Merrick Garland warned that the Justice Department will scrutinize any post-election audits “to ensure they abide by federal statutory requirements to protect election records and avoid the intimidation of voters” and will “publish guidance” to protect early voting and mail in voting.

“These guys are a clown show,” wrote Arizona Rep. Mark Finchem, who is now running for Arizona Secretary of State. “They want to intrude in an area that is exclusively state’s jurisdiction to manage” but “They couldn’t be bothered when we called on them for action before the audit.” Finchem added, “Maybe AG Garland would like to engage in the prosecutions that should arise from quite possibly the biggest racketeering case in American history?”
