The Fund for Constitutional Government (FCG) is a publicly funded foundation dedicated to exposing and correcting corruption in the United States federal government. FCG accomplishes this work by funding organizations and journalists working to advance and sustain an open and accountable government. FCG is a Section 501(c)(3) organization and may also serve as a fiscal sponsor for new projects.

The Fund for Constitutional Government was founded in 1974, in the belief that this country’s elected leaders, government agencies and corporations should uphold the principles set forth in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Colorado Republican Legislators Join Election Fraud Conspiracy Panel

Last week in Colorado Springs, two state legislators participated in a panel promoting the conspiracy theory that the 2020 election results were fraudulent. Sen. Paul Lundeen (R-Monument) appeared in person and Rep. Stephanie Luck (R-Penrose) sent her policy director, Carolyn Martin.

Both Lundeen and Luck’s aide raised questions about the validity of the 2020 election, including here in Colorado.

19 aliens charged with voter fraud in North Carolina following ICE investigation

Nineteen foreign nationals face federal charges in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina for illegally voting in the 2016 federal elections, according to federal charges publicly announced on Wednesday.

These charges are the latest indictments to result from an ongoing years-long federal criminal investigation being conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Raleigh office.
