Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger’s Amicus Brief Attempting to Prevent an Independent Audit in the State’s 2020 Election Results Includes At Least Seven False Accusations

Last week we reported that Georgia’s creepy Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had petitioned the court to request that the state of Georgia not have to provide paper ballots in an audit requested and awarded by the court.

Yesterday, creative destruction media, listed seven instances in Raffensperger’s letter that are just plain false:

Lin Wood on Saving America: Speak Truth and Fight Back

Lin Wood, a recent transplant to South Carolina, is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Georgia, a privilege he’s held for almost forty-four years. During that time, he’s been a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

A true patriot who cares deeply about the United States of America and all she stands for, Mr. Wood is currently under attack by the State Bar of Georgia with an unprecedented effort underway by its Disciplinary Board to ban him from practicing law in the state unless he submits to a psychological evaluation to determine his mental fitness.

GA SoS Raffensperger Files Legal Brief To Prevent Real Audit Of Ballots From 2020 Election

GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger seems like he has a secret. The man in charge of ensuring fair elections in the Peach State really doesn’t want anyone looking at the actual ballots from the Nov 3rd U.S. general election.

There is an old proverb — those with nothing to hide don’t try to hide things. Fair election activists from VoterGA.org have worked hard and succeeded in gaining access to ballots from Fulton County, GA for a forensic audit. A judge will rule on the procedures later this month.

Expand access? A historic restriction? What the Georgia voting law really does.

Opponents of Georgia’s new elections law call it a blatant attack on voting rights, aimed specifically at suppressing the minority vote that helped propel Joe Biden’s presidential win and gave Democrats two critical seats in the U.S. Senate.

Backlash from the corporate world has been growing, and on Friday Major League Baseball announced it was moving its All-Star Game from Atlanta in response to the law. President Biden said last week the law amounts to “Jim Crow in the 21st Century,” calling it “un-American” and “sick.

Election 2020

Jody Hice tried to overturn the 2020 election. Now he wants to be in charge of Georgia’s elections.

On January 6, hours after a mob loyal to outgoing President Donald Trump attacked the United States Capitol in a vain attempt to overthrow President Joe Biden’s victory over Trump, Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) made his own attempt to overturn that election.

Hice was one of several US House members who objected to certifying Biden’s victory in Hice’s home state of Georgia.

GA GOP Loses Its Religion Over Raffensperger Secretary Of State Office

The Georgia Republican Party has thrown down the gauntlet against its own by issuing a statement supporting an investigation of the GA Secretary of State’s office headed by Brad Raffensperger.

Raffensperger and Deputy SoS Jordan Fuchs were alleged to be involved in the massive election fraud which occurred in the Peach State in last year’s U.S. general election and the subsequent Senatorial runoff. Raffensperger and Fuchs refused to allow real audits of the GA vote, causing many to wonder where their allegiances lie.

Trump Wasn’t Just ‘Misquoted’ – Media Coverage Of Entire Georgia Elections Fraudulent, Report Says

Former President Donald Trump was not just “misquoted” — the mainstream media’s entire coverage of Georgia’s elections was allegedly fraudulent, an article says.

The Federalist Senior Editor Mollie Hemingway purported in her op-ed that the Washington Post’s fabricated quotes on Trump is but part of the media’s entire “fraudulent” narrative on Georgia during the elections.

Georgia Republicans Turn Trump’s Baseless Claims of Voter Fraud Into an Electoral Strategy

On Monday, Georgia’s incumbent senators, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, both Republicans, issued a joint statement calling on Georgia’s secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, who is also a Republican, to resign. “The Secretary of State has failed to deliver honest and transparent elections,” Loeffler and Perdue insisted. They did not provide any evidence, nor did they question a specific result. Loeffler—who was appointed to the Senate late last year by Georgia’s governor, the Republican Brian Kemp, after the longtime senator Johnny Isakson retired—ran against twenty-one candidates in a special election this fall, and finished second, securing a spot in a January runoff, against the Democrat Raphael Warnock. Perdue, in his race, received about 1.5 per cent more of the vote than the Democrat Jon Ossoff, and about a third of a point less than the fifty per cent threshold required for victory by Georgia election law. (A libertarian, Shane Hazel, received about two per cent of the vote.) Perdue is headed to a runoff, too. Neither Perdue nor Loeffler is entitled to a recount; both candidates are already campaigning. Raffensperger and the State Election Board send more voting violations to prosecutors

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the State Election Board sent another batch Wednesday of alleged voting violations to prosecutors after hearing what investigators discovered.

“We will continue to root out voting fraud and make sure anyone guilty of it faces prosecution,” Raffensperger said. “Fortunately, these individual cases aren’t large enough to change the outcome of a statewide election. Their prosecution is an example to others who may contemplate skirting the rules that protect election integrity in Georgia.”
