  • One of the lawyers, Jesse Binnall, had previously said he intends to prove that fraudulent votes were cast and that Trump won Nevada and not Joe Biden
  • On Thursday, during a hearing on before state Judge James Russell in Carson City, Binnall claimed that more than 85,000 votes in Nevada were cast illegally
  • According to Binnall, more than 8,000 absentee ballots cast in Nevada had fake addresses and nearly 20,000 votes were cast by non-residents
  • He said at least 1,500 dead people voted and there were 42,000 double vote

Trump, Biden camps inspect Nevada election office ahead of Thursday hearing on lawsuit

Attorneys for the Trump 2020 Campaign and representatives of Joe Biden’s six Nevada Electoral College delegates inspected a vote-counting location in Carson City on Tuesday in connection with a voter fraud lawsuit filed by the Trump team.

Reactions from the two sides weren’t immediately known ahead of a scheduled Thursday hearing.

Nevada judge to hear Trump team evidence of voter fraud Dec. 3rd.

Attorneys for President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign and representatives of Nevada’ six Electoral College delegates for President-elect Joe Biden inspected voting materials Tuesday at the main Clark County elections office in suburban Las Vegas.

The visit to the ballot-counting center in North Las Vegas came ahead of a hearing scheduled Thursday before state Judge James Russell in Carson City in a contest-of-election case filed by the Trump campaign.

Middle District Of Georgia Election Officers Named, Election Fraud Complaint Phone Numbers Open

Two Assistant U.S. Attorneys for the Middle District of Georgia have been named as election officers for the district, said Charlie Peeler, the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys (AUSAs) Will Keyes and Todd Swanson will lead efforts in connection with the Justice Department’s nationwide Election Day Program for the November 3, 2020, general election. AUSAs Keyes and Swanson have been appointed to serve as the District Election Officers (DEOs) for the Middle District of Georgia, and in that capacity are responsible for overseeing the District’s handling of complaints of election fraud and voting rights concerns in consultation with Justice Department Headquarters in Washington.
