What is the No. 1 priority of every politician? If you guessed, “getting reelected in perpetuity,” give yourself an A. That’s why the Democrats’ first legislative priority — literally H.R. 1 and S. 1 — is to protect their new congressional majorities with a bristling defensive perimeter as high and impenetrable as the heavily guarded metal fence that recently surrounded the U.S. Capitol.
Start with congressional redistricting. Democrats spent half a billion dollars trying to flip state legislatures in 2020, with the goal of running the table on redistricting.
There is a LOT of political noise out there right now. From illegitimate Biden’s spending, starting a war with Russia in Ukraine, appeasing Iran, and kowtowing to the Chinese Communist Party, it’s easy to get lost in the horrific OBiden daily news cycle.
However, there is one truth we must keep at the forefront in our fight to restore the American republic — the election audits in the fraud states are the way forward.
Governor Inslee today signed into law a bill that restores voting rights to people with felony convictions as soon as they get out of prison. This new legislation builds on a number of new voting laws that went into effect in 2019.
In context, Washington state’s expansion of voter access contrasts with some Republican-led states, where lawmakers have introduced hundreds of new laws to restrict voting.
State by state and on Capitol Hill, the war in the U.S. over voting rights versus voter suppression is heating up.
On the side of voting rights: Congressional Democrats, Democratic President Joe Biden, 83% of the public—including 74% of Republicans—according to a recent poll, and a coalition of 190 labor, progressive, civil rights, religious, women’s, gay, green and other groups, who plan to take to the streets and lobby their lawmakers while Congress is in recess during the week of April 5-9.
A debate over Senate procedure seems likely to come to a head, with a divided Democratic Party pushing to expand voting rights and Republicans standing firmly in the way.
When they passed a $1.9 trillion Covid-19 relief bill this month, Democrats in Congress sped past their Republican opposition, using the budgetary reconciliation process to present a case study of what happens when they don’t bend over backward for G.O.P. buy-in.
The conservative group The Honest Elections Project on Tuesday released the results of polling that it says shows the election reform bill that Democrats recently passed in the House “is out of sync with American voters,” The Hill reports.
In a memo to be sent to congressional and state legislators on Tuesday, and obtained by the Hill, the group shared the results of a survey of 1,200 registered voters conducted by the Polling Company from March 4-10, with a margin of error of +/- 2.83 percentage points.
Following the chaos of the 2020 presidential race, a growing number of Americans are realizing that election integrity is a critical issue that must be addressed. Americans of all political persuasions largely agree on key principles to protect America’s election systems: voter ID laws for both in-person and mail-in voting, cleaning voter rolls, and common-sense election administration safeguards.
Trumpy calls to boycott the election could help throw Senate runoffs to the Democrats.
Let’s start this piece with some appropriate caveats about polling in general. 2020 was not a great year for the polling industry. Many polls, especially in Midwestern states and in Maine, vastly overestimated Democratic performance. The polls predicted that Joe Biden would win the presidential race, and he did, but he had comfortable polling leads in several states that turned out to be much closer.
If the Democrats steal their way to winning the POTUS, Senate and House on November 3, 2020, it’s all over for the American Republic. On the other hand, if The Powers That Be allow Trump to win, there will be a perfidious plan set in motion by the NWO globalists to use the POTUS to disarm his base in every way that further disempowers the Right. Abolishing the Second Amendment will be first on that list. Effectively nullifying the First Amendment will be number two. Eventually, the American foundational documents will be trashed in favor of a new ‘communist manifesto’. Which is why “Everything Changes After Election Day 2020”. See: It all comes down to 2020.
