March 20th, 2021 has been a Worldwide Freedom March which of course the US Media IS CALLING as “far-right”or “MAGA” or “QAnon” related. The US press is so anti-Constitution or human rights they call anyone who disagrees with lockdowns as an “extremist” who they imply really should be imprisoned for daring to disagree with them. In London, where they cannot blame Trump, somewhere between 50,000 and 100,000 people came out without masks to peacefully protest.

Both major political parties have been criticised for running online advertisements which direct users to websites to find out where they can vote early in the WA election, without disclosing their links to either site.

An ad for the website VoteWA.com.au appears as the first or second result under a number of Google searches, including “vote early Perth”.

It’s Time to Reform How Presidential Debates Go

Amid the clamor and uproar of presidential debate number one on Tuesday night, moderator Chris Wallace invited the president to come and take his seat as the moderator.  Though meant in jest, the exchange was an important signifier of the ongoing struggle to have better presidential debates.  The responsibility for the quality of presidential debates rest squarely with the Commission on Presidential Debates, as it has since that commission took over the process from the League of Women Voters in 1987.  While improvements have been made, the process continues to be squandered by the commission, and its admission Wednesday that immediate reforms will be implemented is an admission of ongoing problems.  Reforms are possible to make the debates a more ideal means for public consumption of political argument.
